New Wayz Consulting Ltd (New Wayz) is a privately held limited liability company, incorporated in New Zealand in 1996. Its directors are Maurice and Lee Parlane. The company currently comprises 12 staff, the majority of whom are New Zealanders with significant experience within multi-national pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies both in New Zealand and overseas.

New Wayz has been established as a multi-disciplinary organisation to provide a range of specialist services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. In our roles within New Zealand and Australia, our activities are varied, ranging from commercial and project planning, through project management, capital project support and validation, to support with operational GMP, systems development and licensing.

We deal with a wide range of companies, including start-up biotech and clinical trial scale operations, laboratories, dietary supplement manufacturers and packaging companies to multi-national pharmaceutical and biotech orgaisations. Our contracts tend to be long-term, where we retain an ongoing supporting role with our clients.

We are an operations and technically based organisation. Our core skills are validation , production engineering, GMO and laboratory compliance inthe therapeutic and medicinal sectors. We specialise in the assurance of compliance to regulatory requirements for processes, equipment, facilities and quality management systems.

We present responsible, competent and ethical assistance to our clients and guarantee delivery of appropriate and cost effective results. We are active members of a number of national and international industry bodies, notably ISPE, the Institute of Professional Engineers of NZ (IPENZ) , and commensurate with this type of consulting activity. We have never had cause to contemplate or make a claim against these insurances.

We are fully conversant with pharmaceutical GMP and GLP regulations in NZ and Australia, and have recent experience with North American and European codes of GMP.
